The product is very good, in principle it seems to digest well. Fine powder and tasteless. The bad thing is that the packaging is difficult to close because the Zip is very thin and does not match well. Solution, a sad clip.

Better than drinking milk
I prefer to take calcium as a supplement rather than drinking milk because casein does not agree with everyone's digestive system and it is more expensive.
