Excellent combination

I like this supplement because it combines easily absorbed calcium (chelated) with vegan vitamin D3, which is reflected in better assimilation without stomach upset. Since taking it I have noticed less muscle fatigue and a feeling of support in my bones and joints, especially on days with little sunshine. The vegan format is a plus if you follow a plant-based lifestyle. Very good quality.

Me gusta este suplemento porque combina calcio de fácil absorción (quelado) con vitamina D3 vegana, lo que se refleja en una mejor asimilación sin molestias estomacales. Desde que lo tomo he notado menos fatiga muscular y una sensación de apoyo en mis huesos y articulaciones, especialmente en días con poco sol. El formato vegano es un plus si sigues estilo de vida plant-based. Muy buena calidad.
