About two months ago every night, every hour, I woke up with unbearable hot flashes, during the day I also had them, but the lack of sleep had me exhausted. I just started with both hot flashes and this supplement, I combine it at meals with omega 3 and at night with magnesium. I have been taking it for less than a month and I have the same symptoms. I'm going to keep trying it and see how it goes in the longer term.
