I have not found a way to take it
I like the taste but I find it hard to put it in smoothies or puddings easily, I can't find the most effective way to take it... hopefully I'll get the hang of it by trying it.
Me gusta el sabor pero me cuesta meterla en los batidos o en los puddings con facilidad, no encuentro la manera mas efectiva de tomarla.. esperemos que probando llegue a dar con ella.
