I could not get the most out of it. Since sometimes I needed the boost at the beginning and not so gradual, to combat sleep at night shifts or at the gym. But I will keep trying to see if it changes my perception.

Keep in mind that the dose of 200 mg that you normally consume in a conventional pill is metabolized here over several hours. If you are very used to caffeine, you will not notice anything.

Much better than coffee.
It keeps me active for more than half a day and in my case that coffee did not sit too well has been a success. It doesn't give me the coffee high and it doesn't make me so nervous. Out of 10.
