I took it to try and I have been taking only one capsule instead of two as recommended. And I have to say that I have been sleeping better, waking up less often and waking up more rested.
Yo lo cogí por probar y me he estado tomando solamente una cápsula en vez de dos como recomienda. Y he de decir que he estado durmiendo mejor, despertándome menos veces y levantándome más descansado; y no menos importante, al levantarme no me despierto todavía con sueño y abobado como me ha pasado con algunas infusiones con melatonina que había probado antes.

Improved mood
I have been taking tryptophan together with melatonin at bedtime for two weeks now, and the results have been amazing. Besides sleeping better, my mood throughout the day has improved a lot. I will definitely continue with this combination.
